Todd Palmer is the Assistant Vice President of Operations for the Central region which includes projects in Texas,
Oklahoma, Louisiana, Northern Mississippi and Alabama. He spent 12 years in the United States Air Force where he
also attended St. Leo College. Todd has been in the eligibility career field for over 16 years where he has managed
eligibility projects for large hospital systems in Ohio, Florida, Oklahoma and Texas. He joined Cardon in November of 2005 as an Operations Manager and has been instrumental in increasing client revenue by streamlining productivity and
decreasing cost.
