Spencer Bautista is the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Cardon. During his tenure, Spencer has led the areas of Finance, Human Resources and Administration and worked closely with operations, playing a central role in advancing Cardon’s strategic objectives. He has exhibited the ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams to tackle the challenges and recognize the opportunities of a dynamic healthcare marketplace. Prior to his appointment to CEO, he held positions as Vice President of Finance & Administration, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources.

In addition to his contributions at Cardon, Spencer is a Board Member of the Economic Development Partnership (EDP) and is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He is also active in meaningful community, civic, and church organizations.

Spencer earned an undergraduate degree in finance from the Marriott School of Business, Brigham Young University. Presently, he is pursuing an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (2011).
