Shauna Wardrop is the Director of Corporate Development and has been in the Healthcare industry for 25
years, with 20 years of that on the Hospital Receivables and Compliance side. Starting in Healthcare with Intermountain
Health Care a large hospital system in Utah, Shauna has worked from the ground up in registering patients, billing,
follow-up and appealing claims both on the hospital and physician side, managing a CBO that included the physician
billing component and developing new strategies for an ever changing industry. Shauna was also a key player in the
creation and implementation of the IHC Compliance Policies and Procedures and performed Best Practice Audits for the
70+ clinics that IHC had responsibility for.
Shauna is a Certified Patient Account Manager (CPAM) through AAHAM and has been active in that organization for 18
years. Since joining Cardon in 2003 Shauna has been actively involved in bringing revenue cycle and receivable solutions
to hospitals throughout the United States.
