Roger Clark serves as Assistant Vice President of the Houston Region for Cardon. Roger began his career with Cardon
in 2001 as an eligibility Supervisor. He advanced to Project Manager in 2004, Regional Manager in 2006, and A.V.P in
2008. Prior to his employment with Cardon, Roger worked nine years with the State of Texas as an Eligibility Specialist,
Administrative Worker III, and Assistant Supervisor.
Roger has 16 years of experience within the eligibility field with both the State of Texas and Cardon. His knowledge of
eligibility policy and the inner workings of the Health and Human Services Commission are constantly used to benefit
Cardon and their clients. |
