Lisa joined Cardon Healthcare in March of 1998 as their Third Party Liability Manager. A year and a half later Lisa became Client Services Manager for the Houston Region, working as a liaison between Cardon’s operations management team and Cardon’s clients in that region.
In 2007, Lisa was named Director of Client Services for Cardon’s clients nationwide. Lisa works alongside Cardon’s Operational Team of VP’s, Assistant VPs’ and Regional Managers to provide support, assistance, troubleshooting and direction to manage each client’s project effectively and efficiently. Lisa meets with our clients, as needed, to establish an effective line of communication and understand the client’s expectations so that she and the Operational Team can work together to achieve each client’s business objectives.
Lisa received her Bachelors Degree from Houston Baptist University. She has been an active member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since 2001 and currently serves as a Director on the Board for the HFMA Gulf Coast Chapter in Houston. Lisa is also an active member of Texas Association for Healthcare Financial Administration (TAHFA) and served on the Board for 2009-2010. Lisa is a member of National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) and of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and is active in the AAHAM Texas Bluebonnet Chapter.
