In 2007, Lisa was named Director of Client Services for Cardon's clients nationwide. Lisa works alongside Cardon's Operational Team of VP's, Assistant VPs. and Regional Managers to provide support, assistance, troubleshooting and direction to manage each client's project effectively and efficiently. Lisa meets with our clients, as needed, to establish an effective line of communication and understand the client's expectations so that she and the Operational Team can work together to achieve each client's business objectives.

Prior to Lisa joining Cardon, she worked in a paralegal position for Powell & Jackson law firm in Houston for 9 years. This law firm specialized in healthcare law and represented hospitals and physicians related to their third party liability accounts, as well as, patient collections and insurance appeals and denials.

Lisa received her Bachelors Degree from Houston Baptist University. She has been an active member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since 2001 and currently serves as a Director on the Board and a Committee Chair for the HFMA Gulf Coast Chapter in Houston. Lisa is also an active member of Texas Association for Healthcare Financial Administration (TAHFA) and currently serves as a Director on the Board. Lisa is a member of National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) and of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and is active in the AAHAM Texas Bluebonnet Chapter.
