Emily Fisher is Cardon’s Chief Operating Officer. She has managed a wide variety of projects for the company for over twelve years covering virtually every aspect of hospital receivable. Emily has already begun changing and improving our training programs among other responsibilities that she has taken on. As an Assistant Vice President, she was the catalyst to our new “real-time” quality assurance program. As a Regional Manager, she supervised third-party eligibility operations, third-party liability projects, appeals and denials management, and out-of-state enrollment and billing covering a five-state area. She pioneered the company's appeals and denials program and served as its Director for four years creating one of the company's most profitable and innovative programs that now serves a large number of hospital clients. Emily is a graduate of Brigham Young University and works out of our Regional Office in Sandy, Utah.
