Emily has managed a wide variety of projects for the company over the last ten years covering virtually every aspect of hospital receivables recoveries and currently oversees quality assurance and training. As a Regional Manager, she supervised third-party eligibility operations, third-party liability projects, appeals and denials management, and out-ofstate enrollment and billing covering a five-state area. She pioneered the company's appeals and denials program and served as its Director for four years creating one of the company's most profitable and innovative programs that now serves over forty hospital clients.

Emily is a graduate of Brigham Young University and works out of our Regional Office in Sandy, Utah.
