Chuck Kable is Cardon's General Counsel.

Chuck began his legal career as a litigation attorney, practicing in one of the most challenging legal markets in the United States, metropolitan Detroit. For over ten years, Chuck has been privileged to provide representation and counsel to clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.

Chuck brings to Cardon his significant healthcare experience. He has advised hospital and health plan CFO's, and Directors on numerous topics including: subrogation, hospital lien reimbursement, overall cost containment, HIPAA compliance, and CMS compliance. Chuck has personally handled hundreds of subrogation and third party liability claims on behalf of Hospitals, Medicaid HMO's, Medicare substitute-HMO's, delegated risk organizations, self-funded ERISA plans, and fully-funded health insurance companies. At Cardon, Chuck is primarily responsible for all legal, and regulatory aspects of Cardon's operations, with a particular emphasis on Cardon's Third Party Liability Program. Chuck regularly provides Cardon's clients with the legal expertise required to successfully resolve hospital liens. In addition, Chuck provides valuable leadership and strategic counsel designed to assist Cardon in reaching its short term and long term goals.

Chuck obtained his undergraduate degree in economics from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, and he obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
